Terms of Service

1. Service Description

GoPrivox is a privacy-first AI chat service operated by Insightrix SASU (60 RUE FRANCOIS IER, 75008 PARIS, SIRET 98923685600013). The service provides access to multiple AI language models with end-to-end encryption. All conversations are encrypted on your device before transmission to our servers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GoPrivox, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Plans and Billing

• GoPrivox offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Team plans. Plan details and pricing are available on the Pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and/or RevenueCat.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until the end of their current billing period.
• Your encrypted conversations remain accessible even after downgrading to a free plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GoPrivox to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
• Resell access to the service without authorization.

7. Rate Limits

Each plan has daily message limits and abuse caps. Free accounts are limited to 20 messages per day. Paid plans have higher or unlimited message allowances with abuse prevention caps. Rate limits reset daily at midnight UTC. Exceeding abuse caps may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

8. Team Plan Terms

• Team plans require a minimum of 5 seats.
• The team administrator is responsible for managing team members and invitations.
• Team administrators can view aggregate usage statistics (message counts, active days) but cannot access the content of any team member's conversations. All conversations remain end-to-end encrypted and accessible only to the individual user.
• Each team member maintains their own encryption key derived from their personal password.
• Data isolation between team members is enforced at the database and encryption level.
• Removing a team member revokes their team plan access but does not delete their encrypted data.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using GoPrivox. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use without claim of ownership by GoPrivox or Insightrix SASU. The GoPrivox brand, logo, and service code are the property of Insightrix SASU. Our encryption library is open source and available under its respective license.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insightrix SASU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use GoPrivox. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate; GoPrivox is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of GoPrivox shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
