A complete accounting of every government request, data disclosure, and law enforcement interaction since GoPrivox launched.
Your conversation history is encrypted on your device before it is stored, so what we keep at rest is ciphertext — mathematically indistinguishable from random noise without your password. We do not have your encryption key, we cannot derive it, and we do not store it, so even under a government request we could only hand over that ciphertext. Live prompts you send for a model to answer travel over TLS for inference and are not retained for training.
As of June 15, 2026, GoPrivox has never received a secret government order, national security letter, FISA order, or gag order of any kind.
How to read this: This statement is updated manually each month. If this date stops updating, that is the signal. The absence of the canary is the message.
