Why these numbers matter less than you think

Your conversation history is encrypted on your device before it is stored, so what we keep at rest is ciphertext — mathematically indistinguishable from random noise without your password. We do not have your encryption key, we cannot derive it, and we do not store it, so even under a government request we could only hand over that ciphertext. Live prompts you send for a model to answer travel over TLS for inference and are not retained for training.

Warrant Canary

As of June 15, 2026, GoPrivox has never received a secret government order, national security letter, FISA order, or gag order of any kind.
